Firmus

Why bother: deciding whether to object without the reasons is guessing. On paper, weak decisions look weak — and occasionally the reasons show the decision was right, saving you a doomed objection.
The trap: asking for reasons does not pause your 28-day objection clock. Send the request the day the decision lands, and object on time even if the reasons haven't arrived.
Keep it on file: attach both your request and the statement to the decision above — at the ART, the agency's own stated reasoning is the ground you argue on.

Firmus — Latin for steadfast — is built by Integrity Ubique: integrity, everywhere. It is free and open source (AGPL-3.0), for everyone. It organises your own information, truthfully. It is not legal advice and does not tell you which orders to seek. For any decision, speak to a lawyer or Legal Aid. Your data stays on this device only — export a backup regularly (Settings).
